Type in the website address using your phone's browser: http://www.iejtonline.com
Depending on the type of phone you have, you can either simply bookmark the site, or some phones may be able to bookmark the site on your phone's screen using an icon, making it very easy to access.
Here is an image of what the mobile version looks like.
When you touch the arrow on the right side, just under the website header, you will go to the "sidebar" items (log-in, paypal to pay dues, etc). Touch it again and you go back to the main page.
